At least that's what we need these days. Elders have been around, they've seen a lot come and go, they don't get swooped up into a frenzy over every new "wave" that comes along. But, with their experience, objectivity, patience, forbearance, and compassion can sometimes see ways OUT of what others might call an impasse. Astrology, like time and life, shows us that everything comes and goes just like the
seasons, some faster than others, but we all know deep down that "this too shall pass."
Now change can come suddenly, like Uranus in Taurus, where whole economies and currencies can change in the wink of an eye, got another 6 years of it or so! And change can come sneakily, like Neptune, where a cloud surrounds you, and when it clears, the entire landscape has changed, like Neptune in Pisces for another 7 years! And change can well up from the depths to kidnap us to unconscious
realms below, where there is no time to even measure, like Pluto, God of Death and the Underworld.
As human beings, we can be assured of one thing: change will help us see ourselves, define ourselves, measure ourselves, grow, and expand ourselves. We come to know ourselves on ever-deeper levels when we need to decide and make decisions about what we want, what we believe, where we stand, and who we want to stand with. We will all look back and mark this time as when we came into true self-knowledge, not even
because we were necessarily seeking it, it found us! Life is grabbing each of us by the shoulders, shaking us and asking, "Who are you, what do you want, and do you want it bad enough to create it?
As I say in this week's report, with the North Node in Gemini, it is in many ways about the numbers and networking. Gathering with like-minded souls as you can only do so much alone, and much needs to be done. So get up and get out, speak your truth, and we'll come together as Rumi says, "Somewhere beyond right and wrong, there is a garden. I will meet you there." Once within the "One," the way
becomes clear. May you still your mind and feel your way there.

What I did not mention in the report is how to personally deal with this build-up of energy. Mars rules the adrenal glands and testosterone while Venus rules the kidneys (the adrenals sit right atop the kidneys) and regulates the excretion of androgens and estrogens, which affect secondary sex characteristics. There can be a build-up of sexual energy seeking release, and being blocked by several of Saturn's
many guises. These can range from inner guilt and/or shame, to too much work, or external demands that drain your energy, right down to physical ill health or hormonal imbalances.
Undoubtedly, it is physical exercise to the rescue! Whether it is frustration, anger, sexual tension, or stress, the best thing any and all of us can do these days is use every opportunity to get out, get moving, and get shaking! Get a sweat going, and release those toxins, get on an exercise regimen, and do a kidney cleanse. This is a GREAT time for a fast that can serve to clean your emotional and mental bodies.
A promising sign of how much you love yourself is how well you take care of your body, and loving yourself is number one to doing anything. Take care, and check out these tunes for some inspiration!
