Well, let's face it; there is never enough time in the Pele/Garden Report to discuss EVERYTHING that is going on. I didn't get to the Sun/Mercury conjunction happening next Tuesday, though its energy is woven throughout the report. Also, I didn't get to say much about Venus stationing direct today! She went on her
retrograde journey May 18 (Gemini 21) and descended into the underworld's depths, disappearing from the western evening sky. After conjuncting with the Sun, you will see her rise in the early morning sky to the east! She will go direct and pass out of her shadow (21 Gemini) July 28 to start covering new ground. The period from May 18 - July 28 can be seen as a time to "die" to our old set of values and priorities that serve as the foundation for what we are attracted to, what we want in
our lives, and also what repulses us. It is a time of purging and cleansing our value system to reflect our highest dreams and aspirations. I hope you are inspired to shoot for the Moon!
I gave a talk for the Earthbeat Festival last weekend, "Turning Uncertainty Into Action" that I will be posting on YouTube shortly. I also gave another talk for the "Peace-In Heart & Mind Festival." The festival is still going online. I will be sharing my talk that includes the Aad Guray Nameh meditation with the NPA community, as the music will get flagged by YouTube.

Our festival begins on the summer solstice, which this year especially falls on the New Moon Solar Eclipse, and closes on the Full Moon. This sets the potent themes and intentions of this festival. These themes will be celebrated with inspirational talks, yoga, qi gong, music, dance, meditations, and ceremony.

Like a farmer sowing seeds,
I expect that they will grow,
If they don't my need to know why,
Is the key that will open the door.
We may all be asking the big questions these days. Jupiter is "big", and Pluto is "why?" So "why me, why now, why this, and really, why?" might be some words floating around in your vocabulary these days with a Jupiter/Pluto conjunction happening!
Also, as I mention in the report, Mars at the critical 29 degrees of Pisces squaring the Moon's nodes brings in the notion that we become what we visualize and idealize. So let's be careful what we wish for!
We're just setting out with a Crescent Moon these days waxing to First Quarter by next week. This lunar cycle is about getting in touch with and talking about our feelings, past, and emotional connections, or disconnections (Cancer). This is where the healing can help as the Sun/Mercury conjunction early next week is square Chiron, the wounded healer.
It's a good time to stay home with family members, nurture ourselves, and use lots of water in whatever ways we can! This will help cool and calm us down, as otherwise we may steam and stamp as Mars gets going in Aries.
Try to soothe the aching beast and have some yummy goodies to boot!
