Perfect timing for a New Moon in Taurus, eh? A good time to sit or lay down belly to the earth and release the old, sticky stuff and draw in the nourishing, strengthening love of our Great Mother. This New Moon sets the tone for the month and the Sabian symbol is an interesting "The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow." Dane Rudhyar speaks of how illusive that pot of gold really is (have you ever found
it?) but that the rainbow symbolizes heavenly energies coming down to Earth. We need to develop our extra senses to "see" them and trust in their guiding presence.

I didn't even get to Ceres entering Pisces! She's closing her almost 5-year cycle from now until next February. While Ceres is associated with everything earthy, nutritious, nurturing, and prolific, she also has to do with grief. Grief at the loss of her daughter to the underworld. We may all be feeling/dealing with loss over these coming months as she transits Pisces, the final, closing
sign of the zodiac. Truly an old way of being is passing to give way to a new birth. Fully feeling into our feelings at this time will best prepare us for birthing a sensitive, caring, love-based future paradigm. No need to rush, fix, fight, or yell, rather, trust, sense, forgive, pray, and give thanks for all that supports us through this transition. Blessings Be!
