Hola!
Whew! Choices, choices, choices! And every one of our choices reflects what we value the most and want the most of in our lives. And a big one
for us during times of transition and stress is SECURITY. And we find security, certainly physical security (Capricorn, Saturn and the 10th house) through creating income through work (Virgo and the 6th house). And this year, particularly this last month, the emphasis has been on finding and doing the "right" work that is a true expression of the soul purpose as well as a source of security.
This can create a number of different scenarios. One, of course, is that you smoothly transition from a work situation that wasn't "you" to one that is. Second, that you resist the change and have some form of crisis around your work, getting fired, laid off, etc. Third, that you have decisions to make as to whether to advance farther in your line of work and take on more or
not. Fourth, can be that you carry 2 jobs while in a transition period from what is supporting you to what it is what you want to do (again, a lot of work!). Fifth, that all you are doing is working, whether what it is you were "meant" to do or not, but either way you are overworking and can have personal crisis as a result.
It is the last one that the Moon moving through Cancer
this weekend could bring to the foreground, as Cancer is our personal feeling life and personal home life and so much of the attention these days has been on professional work outside the home, for other people, which can lead to self neglect or guilt if you feel unworthy of fun, relaxation, or pleasure due to some conscious or unconscious belief.
This is ringing true for me personally as
I've been dogged by a head cold for 2 weeks while trying to teach workshops! But that is just the astrology for all of us reflected in my personal life according to how I have been dealing with the energy. It is a good time to reassess just what is most important, what is healthy, and what needs more or less time/focus. Glad I'm heading home for a "rest" next week!
Through all these experiences, Life is showing me my way more and more into what I would call "The Astrology of Health!" I've been on this path with recent workshops, and it is really starting to take shape. It is truly uniting the Above and the Below! I am correlating yoga postures to chakras, to the organs that relate to those chakras, to the emotions that get stuck in those organs and chakras, to the planets and signs that relate to
those emotions, organs and chakras, to the personal chart that reveals the strengths and challenges that specific yoga postures can serve to heal and strengthen! WOW!!! YES!
The workshop that I am doing in Laos, a 10-day personal immersion with Arno, an osteopathic doctor as well as Thai massage teacher, will be one culmination of this work. During this retreat, I will be spending personal time with everyone, looking at their chart and their lives, and bringing the astrology right down from the abstract skies to physical body movements, chants, and meditations that can change the course of the

I am so torn between between the astrology of health and the astrology of relationship that I can't make up my mind! Because I am also super excited to be doing my first 7-day workshop on Relationship and Composite charts! While I have been using composite charts for years in my readings, this will be the first time I'll be going into not
only the natal birth charts of both (or more) people in the relationship to see the interactions, but also the composite to see the soul intention for the relationship and what it is all about. Yes indeed, with the Moon passing through Cancer this weekend, and Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and the north Node in Virgo,
it is a time to listen more to our feelings and our bodies than the chitter chatter of our minds. AND, this may not be so easy to do! Ol' Mercury wants to keep analyzing and talking, and fixing, and planning, and working and and and. Whew..... chill it out.
As Mars moves away from Saturn, it will free up toward freedom, expansion, and the wild. Great time to travel, be outdoors, listen to the trees whisper and look at those stars! Good time to be in nature,
rejuvenate, heal, and allow Spirit to whisper in our ears by silencing the monkey mind that is stuck in 3D...... Injoy!
