Congratulations! If you are reading this, you are still alive
and have not blown yourself up yet (or been blown up for you projectors lol)! Yup, this week's mantra is about breathing because it is like we have been inhaling pretty much since mid-December and can only hold so much! This week, Mercury will make its last pass over Pluto for awhile, and it is time for a great big exhale..... WHEW! You will probably want to release some of that pent up emotional tension with some good 8th house/Scorpio activities this weekend
with Moon/Mars squaring the Sun. (If you don't know what that means, it is a sign that you need to learn more astrology haha!)
So we are exhaling over here at NPA with the final week of the 1/2 price blowout store sale!!! Get on over there and grab some vids, classes, yoga, whatever is downloadable and have some astrology/yoga under your belt. I'm still catching up and trying to wrap up last year's stuff but looking forward to the ISTA,
International School of Temple Arts shamanic sexual training happening mid next month. There are still a couple spots open if you are ready to take Mars in Scorpio to the next level. Check it out HERE. Then there is the Envision festival
happening here in Costa Rica, which promises to be fantastic this year. Come on down to the tropics!

Wow, maybe didn't get to the best until the end with this one. Can't really stress enough (well we are ALL
stressed enough haha!) how so many of the challenges we face these days can be solved through downsizing. Yup, trim the fat, simplify the life, lessen the fb posts/friends, emails, commitments, workload etc.
This is a good time to set your priorities and focus on them while realizing your limitations (physical, emotional, and mental that is). Virgo is the efficiency expert and this year is "do Virgo" year! And of course,
lest you burn out, repeat that mantra and equalize between being and doing.
