Hola!
These are exciting times of birth and re-birth with the Sun "emerging" from Cancer into Leo, Mars squaring Uranus in Aries, and Venus, square Saturn, turning around and heading down into the underworld! With those last oppositions to Pluto in
the last couple weeks, it can feel like we are spinning around in some kind of tornado there is so much going on. Sometimes feels like enough to pull ya right out of center now doesn't it haha!?!
Well, sitting here on the porch just after the rain, listening to the ocean, birds, and monkeys while surrounded with plants and flowers of every color, I just return to a state of gratitude and peace, thanks to NATURE. The trees grow so slowly and the flowers are in no hurry to bloom and part of me thinks its because they are so secure in
knowing that they will. And each and every one of us will too. Like our evolution is inevitable and all this concern or worry (about just about every/anything) is really so silly and such a total waste of time and energy when we could really use that to CREATE!
Speaking of creating haha! We are creating a group facebook page for the New Paradigm Astrology Community! I'm so feeling that we can grow so much stronger and create so much more together that I'm excited about this
community! And I would like to make it not just about astrology but about getting to know each other and see each other and connect at the heart level as well as the "heady" astrological level. Hope to connect with you on the astral level if nowhere else for now!

Wow, wild times! The energy of these times is rather consistent from one day to the next.
On the one hand, we have the Mars square Uranus which wants to break free, out of the box, impulsively and immediately! The thing is that at the same time we have this Venus square Saturn, which, as I say in the report, is about shaking up the relationships and commitments around love and relationship. However, Venus/Saturn is way more about conserving what is important and not throwing the baby out with the bath water, so
to speak. So the one energy is don't give a damn and the other energy is somewhat opposite... be careful and cautious.
But what they both have in common and what the mantra speaks to is the need to really use these times to build our
character, and with force, determine who we want to be as a person and BE THAT. It may not please, it may not work immediately, it may seem whacky to other people who are down, but that is the call of Leo. At some point it just boils down to being who you and if you wanna be love than you just have to be that. So be that haha! Injoy!

During these times of stress and change, I have found no better way to remain centered, clear, and calm than kundalini yoga. I share this particular kriya in my workshops because it helps clear out all the toxins from our bodies in addition to connecting us with our highest "Self." As far as difficulty, I would rate it as "beginner" or "easy"
for those of you who may be new to kyoga. Thank you in advance for doing the work and helping to create a New Paradigm of Spirit Awakening! Check it out!
