Hope everything is going well for you during these days of the Lion! We are all facing some challenges now, and if they don't have to do with relationships, then they have to do with money, and if they don't have to do with money, they have to do self/community, and if they don't have to do with any of those, they can have to do with survival/health! Yikes! You might ask yourself "What is going
on?" The answer is that we are getting cleansed, purged, squeezed out like sponges so all the old toxins can be washed away, and we will all be renewed, refreshed, rejuvenated, and reborn when Venus rises from the underworld! We are getting polished like rocks in a tumbler until we shine, shine, shine!

We are going to go right down into that underworld with Inanna and re-emerge with her right along with our celestial mirror, Venus. This is a cleanse, it is only a cleanse, maybe a long cleanse, but only a cleanse.....As mentioned in the report, this Venus retrograding into the underworld is bringing us down! Down
into the lower chakras of earth and water and our feelings around physical and emotional security. How do you get yours? Of course we often get these through relationships which then tend to trigger our shadow.
So part of this process is a cleansing and purifying of the old stuff down there as when we get triggered it brings up past emotions. However, another part of the process is the
getting in touch with your own true life purpose, creativity, and passion. Have you noticed that when you are having fun time flies by? Well the same is true when you are doing your passion. And not only time flies by but you don't get all caught up in other people's business and reactions and projections and problems haha! So let's all remember that when everybody's business and everybody's problems are getting us down, it may just be a sign that we are

Kundalini Yoga Kriya Video For The Lymphatic System With Kaypacha |

During these times of stress and change, I have found no better way to remain centered, clear, and calm than kundalini yoga. I share this particular kriya in my workshops because it helps clear out all the toxins from our bodies in addition to connecting us with our highest "Self." As far as difficulty, I would rate it as "beginner" or "easy"
