Hola!
Wow! This is the weirdest Jupiter/Venus conjunction I have ever had.... how about you? It seems somewhat over ridden with the Sun/Mars in Cancer and
now facing the Moon/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn. Whew! Intense feelings and emotions coming up to the surface... enough to make the Jupiter/Venus in the Lion roar! Not to mention the Sun/Mars squaring the nodes.... it is almost like we need to lose it emotionally if only to see how powerful our emotions are so we can move on toward peaceful pastures. Hope you have some old dishes or glasses you can toss around haha!
On another note, if that energy is focused it can also be like rocket fuel that propels you to
get amazing things done and soar to new heights. Maybe best not to wallow in our past sorrows for too long before having had enough, we go out and make some changes dang it!
Personally, a lot is happening here at New Paradigm. I am in Costa Rica for another 6 weeks or so and am having more time to spend with the New Paradigm Community and get on the forum and connect! It is awesome! If you aren't in there yet

OK, it's true, there are a lot of forest friends these days running and hiding for their lives! But I am speaking here of "forest friends" that are fortunate enough to be living out of reach of the humans!
I hope you get that this full Moon is bring up deeply buried instincts in the gut that may be "unreasonable" but that does not mean they (or you) are "wrong"! Alas, these are days of facing some of our issues that have been avoided or ignored for a long time The roots go deep to the current situation.
It is a time of great liberation but that liberation does not come so easy, it requires truly feeling, honoring those feelings, valuing those feelings, speaking those feelings, and acting on those feelings.... Yikes! May you be driven by the passion born from the heart and powered by the
soul!

During these times of stress and change, I have found no better way to remain centered, clear, and calm than kundalini yoga. I share this particular kriya in my workshops because it helps clear out all the toxins from our bodies in addition to connecting us with our highest "Self." As far as difficulty, I would rate it as "beginner" or "easy"
for those of you who may be new to kyoga. Thank you in advance for doing the work and helping to create a New Paradigm of Spirit Awakening! Check it out!
