Hola!
Wow! Look out family and friends! Time for some impulsive, emotional "Freudian Slips" to come out and possibly wreck the party! Yup, Mercury joined with Mars in opposition to Pluto, the god of the underworld is bound to bring up some of your "underworld/unconscious" intentions, desires, fears, and woes..... AHHHH! Whatcha gonna do? Run for
cover? Stand up and out? React? Slug 'em? Or...... Repeat this week's mantra over and over and over again.... oh yeah... whew.... defuse, release, and feel the atmosphere lighten and float into a new future reality at peace with yourself and the world.... oh yeah.
AND after that, you can take all that energy and direct it toward protecting the innocent, homeless, abused, hungry, vulnerable, sensitive, folks out there. The "upside" of this week's energy is to bring all the emotional vulnerability
and sensitivity to bear on making a new world where it is safe to be just that! Come on! Mars in Cancer is the guard at the gate protecting the city. We can all use that once in awhile for sure.
So with this New Moon in Cancer, the feminine is again raising her voice (as I am seeing on all the latest posts, a little more of an angry voice) to say enough is enough. Let's just hope the words are followed with actions of love creating a unified New Paradigm. We have quite the journey coming up here soon with Venus/Innana
about to do her descent into the underworld. I am thinking I would love to even do a webinar or group meditation, or world healing or something as this next month of Venus square Saturn can definitely serve as a "cleansing, healing process," AND/OR a lonely, depressing time where we get pulled into negative thoughts/emotions and go down the wormhole (hence the last couple mantras eh?).

As mentioned in this week's report, below are a couple links to additional videos/music for practicing Ho'oponopono, the Hawaiian healing mantra I have used for this week. However, anytime some "problems," as in difficult emotions arise between yourself and the world (which is bound to happen with these aspects!), you can sing, chant, or simply say this
mantra aloud or to yourself for instant healing. It really is amazing and I hope you try it out!
The astrology of this week is still around emotional connections and the influence of past relationships (going all the way back to mom and dad and previous lives) on current
feelings, needs, fears, and desires. This New Moon in Cancer feels like we are collectively preparing to give birth to a new "Us" and are feeling the contractions. An insecure time when we all feel great changes are at hand but there is a huge "not knowing" of just what lies ahead.
What I

During these times of stress and change, I have found no better way to remain centered, clear, and calm than kundalini yoga. I share this particular kriya in my workshops because it helps clear out all the toxins from our bodies in addition to connecting us with our highest "Self." As far as difficulty, I would rate it as "beginner" or "easy"
