Wishing you the best these days, as we may all be feeling like prickly pears, and it feels good when someone wishes us well now doesn't it? Ha Ha! Such is life with the Sun, and as of today, Mars in Cancer, the watery Moon sign. If we
don't equate sensitivity with weakness or vulnerability with innocence or anything feminine as "less than" like we've been getting taught for so long, these days will be a lot easier (especially for women). The guys can have an even harder time acknowleding, owning, and expressing their feelings so they may just want to go out to their "man cave." I actually saw a "man cave" that a guy had built in his backyard like a concrete hut.... sign and all...... too
good!
Anyway, this can be a good time for journal writing, retreats,
spas, fasts and cleanses to bring up the old childhood (and later) hurts and wounds and let them all go. I didn't do the Pele Report yesterday because I didn't feel like it..... how liberating haha! Time to make statements for ourselves, maybe by ourselves, about ourselves, to others and thereby create closer emotional bonds. Happiness is, after all a feeling!
To celebrate the Sun and Mars moving into Cancer, we want to help build a global Family! Some time ago we added a
"friends" page of links to non-profit initiatives that would help bring in the New Paradigm. We have had many people who are looking for their "tribe" benefit from that page.
We also have had many healers/artists/teachers ask to list their businesses. So we are just NOW adding another page of links for those of you who have services to offer for profit! Let's all get to know each other, support each other, and evolve together as a global family into a global village and beyond!

When I get angry, mad, or sad, I have to look beneath it, To find the need, the hurt, the wound, And be honest with myself about it.
Yup! Time to feel those feelings and it may not be a picnic! But at least they are REAL. There is no doubt that this week (and this
weekend especially) anyone who is truly human (not taking anything for granted these days!) will be getting one button pushed or another. Better to acknowledge our vulnerability and sensitivity than escape, avoid, or deny and put up false pretenses.
This is for sure a good week to clean
out the house and the body as well as the emotions. Time to put some time into yourself, feel good about your self, your body, your needs, your space. Injoy! Click the video image below to

During these times of stress and change, I have found no better way to remain centered, clear, and calm than kundalini yoga. I share this particular kriya in my workshops because it helps clear out all the toxins from our bodies in addition to connecting us with our highest "Self." As far as difficulty, I would rate it as "beginner" or "easy"
for those of you who may be new to kyoga. Thank you in advance for doing the work and helping to create a New Paradigm of Spirit Awakening! Check it out!
