Here we go again..... oooooohhhhh, catch us if you can ....oooooooo...

Probably too old of a song for many of you to remember but it comes to mind so I spit it out haha! How are ya? Still kickin' after that Scorpio Full Moon? Maybe kickin' a little harder than you were before I'll bet! Well, so it is, the more you get to know what it is you want the more you wanna get it eh? If it just wasn't for other people you might say huh? Well, such is consciousness-building on planet earth.

Anyway, I'm getting all excited about going up to Mexico next week and there are still couple spots open in that Venus/Mars workshop if you are one of those last minute get-on-a-plane-an-get-outa-here types (like me haha!). It is gonna be awesome. And of course, my first SexualRenaissance.com in Montreal right after. Still room in that one day followup workshop too. Come on out and do some astrology!

Besides that, I have finally finished the Kundalini Yoga video I shot while at Yoga Oasis, Big Island in March. Added a bunch of special effects, so I don't think it will be like any other instructional yoga video you've ever seen. The thing is you're supposed to keep your eyes closed! I've seen a lot of cheaters out there in my classes! Anyway, it is a set to clear the lymphatic system so if you are on a cleanse or want to cleanse this is the kriya for you! Well, I didn't even get to the Sabian Symbol for the 3/4 Moon in Aquarius this week: "A disappointed and disillusioned woman courageously faces a seemingly empty life." This symbol represents the human capacity to learn and grow through emotional crisis, AND, as Dane Rudhyar states: "But like any other faculty it needs development." Yikes! I know it doesn't sound too appealing, but coupled with ol' Saturn in Sag (for like the next 3 years!) we're in for a time of truth telling and finding that will put humanity on a solid foundation to really build a New Paradigm.

We can also look forward to the shift that will be coming next week as Venus in Cancer and Mars in Gemini signify both a softening up and a speeding up of what might seem now as drudging through the mud haha! From Kings and Queens to pawns we're on this planet together.... woo hoo!

Kundalini Yoga Kriya Video For The Lymphatic System With Kaypacha

During these times of stress and change, I have found no better way to remain centered, clear, and calm than kundalini yoga. I share this particular kriya in my workshops because it helps clear out all the toxins from our bodies in addition to connecting us with our highest "Self." As far as difficulty, I would rate it as "beginner" or "easy" for those of you who may be new to kyoga.
