Hola!
Well, time is the teacher this week! In astrology you always want to side with what they call the "heavier" body. In this case, with Mars opposite Saturn all week we are better off
siding with Saturn. What does that mean? It means that we are better off staying cool, calm, collected, and objective, keeping the commitments, contracts, and deadlines instead of freaking out under the pressure, quitting, going off at the other, or even getting angry and violent when we don't get our way. There is a lesson in all of this "blockage" and we will be well to learn it.
On the upside, yup, you do stick with it and it is a great time to get a load of work done, meet the goals, and reap the benefits of a job well done! It's like we are approaching the finish of things that have been hanging and we want to dig in those spurs and get there but we just need to breathe, stay on course, and
chill.
However, I did stick with getting the kundalini yoga video "Kriya for the Lymphatic System" up and out! And I am super happy to offer it to all of you who are looking for a morning spiritual practice to start off your day with a charge. It came out great thanks to help from my new friend Skylove (music/art), Lisa for video recording gaiavision808@gmail.com, and many others. What a project! I hope that you are plugging away on your creative efforts because if you hang in there success is around the corner!

Alright everybody! Maybe you know what I'm talking about! We got a New Moon coming up in Taurus, the Builder, and Taurus wants to build something strong that's gonna last. In the meantime, Mars is opposite Saturn. The
challenge here is that Mars in Gemini wants to multitask to get it all done FAST and Saturn, father time, wants to go slow, reflect, teach us something, and stay calm, cool, and careful. In this case, patience, forbearance and perseverance will go a lot farther and be more successful than angry, willful, words and actions. There are lessons to be learned in what may seem like a slow motion replay that the universe wants us to
see.
The rewards can be substantial for maintaining equilibrium and allowing your ship to come in. Jupiter in Leo is offering us the prize of
creative solutions, heart expansion, and love connection if we can just not get stuck in isolationism. Good time to speak what has not been spoken, not with the aim of "winning" so much as the aim of uniting. Make love not war and everybody wins!

Kundalini Yoga Kriya Video For The Lymphatic System With Kaypacha |

During these times of stress and change, I have found no better way to remain centered, clear, and calm than kundalini yoga. I share this particular kriya in my workshops because it helps clear out all the toxins from our bodies in addition to connecting us with our highest "Self." As far as difficulty, I would rate it as "beginner" or "easy"
