Wow!
Got ashes covering everything here from the volcano eruption last week and woke up to an earthquake last night.... Nothing compared to Nepal or Chile but it sure feels like Gaia is waking up! Stirring the root chakra, our foundation, to the core. And it will continue with the full Moon this weekend in Scorpio that is for sure. Scrape up that burnt stuff in the bottom of the pot!
Time for truth telling (and hearing) and that ain't always so easy. Gotta get up the gumption to put it out there and also try to remain open when it is coming at you. Been really feeling like the challenge of it all is to keep an open heart and not shut down no matter what happens...... open again, return, not hide, duck and cover. Getting some good stuff out of David Deida's "The Way
of the Superior Man" and can safely recommend it. Even though I got some not so good feedback about sharing Russell Brand on fb haha!
Anyway, with the shit going around I am having a terrible time trying to line up all the workshops I have planned and get them up on the site, Am designing some new ones and working with new people but feel like I can at least give dates and
locations for you to mark your calendar and know that the details are coming shortly!
Some of these workshops are not even up on the websites listed but wanted to put the word out there. There are still a couple spots open in Cuernavaca, MX and we will also be visiting Tepoztlan and climbing up to the temple! Come on!

It's gonna be a Full Moon in Scorpio weekend folks, so the transformation is not over yet. We are being shaken to our roots these days and it can be scary! Scary to confront, speak our truth, be challenged, see our limits, our judgments, and our illusions. Such is Mercury opposite Saturn which is happening
at the same time.
The upside of this week is that once we react and spit our facts, we no longer are triggered and that is that (I get on these
rhyming trips and can't stop haha!). Seriously, feelings need to be felt and then they stop haggling us and ripping us up triggering guilt or shame cuz we're "not supposed to say that!" or "feel that way" ... "that's just not nice!" But what relief, healing, and clarity can come when it's all out there in the light, to be viewed, examined, sorted, and cleared...... We will sigh a bit AAAAAAAHHHHHH! when the work is
done....
