Como esta? I have made it alive back to Costa Rica after an amazing journey with the Mayans! I am looking forward to catching up on a
few projects here in the coming months and hitting the road (air) for Florida workshops in June. I would love to see you in Cocoa Beach or the Bahamas if you can make it! The combination of astrology, yoga, breathwork, and meditation was a magic formula for those who came on the last trip, and we need all the magic we can get these days with this grand cross going on..... hang in

If I don't stop and reflect on what's happened,
But get lost in creating and controlling the action,
