Aloha!Happy Valentine's Day weekend! We are slowly (some faster than others actually) slipping from the clear light of Aquarius down into the swirling waters of Pisces.
It's the time of year when the collective need outweighs the personal, and we can be asked for more than we thought we bargained for. Yet once we give in and let go, we may just find that all is good and we were all concerned over nothing! Trust and faith are some keywords here, once practiced, can yield some sweet results. Pisces is all about dropping all the boundaries and loving unconditionally.....no small task!I can relate to that personally as we are moving toward getting the Kaypacha Healing Festival to happen!
We have the vision, we have the healing artists, we have organizers and we have some locations, now with some proper funding we can land this spirit spaceship down on planet earth! As we need to put deposits down on venues, we are looking to any and all sources of support for this large project. The big change is no longer coming - it's here! We are on the cusp of a new beginning when it is important to keep an eye on the future in order to actively re-create ourselves in a new light. With that in mind, I am coordinating a visit to the sacred sites/temples of Mexico with Miguel Angel Vergara, a Master Maya teacher, to firmly root our intentions in spirit guidance for 2013. Join us in Yucatan, Mexico (The Heart of the Ancient Maya World) as Tom and Miguel Angel share their insights.
We begin with a three-day workshop in Campeche and continue with journeys to the Maya Sacred sites of: Edzna, Uxmal, Ek Balam, Chichen Itza, Ik Kil, and Mayapan. Participate in Maya Ceremonies, meditations, classroom work, sharing circles, and discussions as we learn more about our Soul Purpose and how to stay centered on our Spiritual Path with the help of the Messengers from the Stars. Besides all the temples, we will visit the Cenotes which are natural wells that were sacred to the ancient Maya. Many of the sites in Yucatan are near cenotes or like Chichen Itza have cenotes within the site. This is where they believe the Lord Chaak, Lord of the Water, lives. Ik Kil is one of the most beautiful of all the cenotes and our trip will include a cenote swim! The water is clear and refreshing and needs to experienced.
