In this week’s Pele Report, I discuss how this eclipse season can be understood within the context of the greater astrological cycles, including Jupiter and Saturn in particular. Also, the mantra is
born out of the Scorpio/Taurus axis within which these eclipses are occurring. As there is always so much going on, it’s challenging to cover all the aspects. Thank goodness for the newsletter! Let’s also look at the inconjunct (adjustment) aspect occurring between the Sun/Mercury/Venus and Mars over there retrograding through Gemini. The 150-degree waxing aspect has a Virgo overtone and is interpreted as the faster-moving planet(s), in this case, Sun/Mercury/Venus moving away from slower-moving Mars. This can be likened to the need for the heart, mind, and consciousness (Venus, Mercury, and
Sun) to “graduate” or move on from the instructions/control of Mars, the impulsive, instinctive, gut-desire nature. This adjustment is often accompanied by some type of crisis, revealing how we have been unconsciously controlled by that Martian energy. Time to analyze just what is driving us! Another aspect not directly addressed in the report is the trines that the Sun/Venus/Mercury are making to the Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in Pisces. These are 240-degree trines that indicate a positive manner through which we can understand, merge, and master our relationships, both personally and with society at large. Jupiter/Neptune
symbolizes “The Great Unknown.” Through harmoniously, meditatively, compassionately, and consciously seeking the Divine in everything and everyone, we can come into a blissful union. We could even say it might be the only way, LOL! There is a lot of chaos that simply doesn’t make “sense,” so faith, hope, and love become the best means to maintain balance and sanity. Hang in there, learn, love, and
grow!

When a balance of giving and taking, Is desired, discussed and reached, My soul, my love, and the universe, Will have joy, harmony, and peace. I think it is easy to jump to some definitions of “give” and “take,” which may lead to misunderstanding this mantra. As I discussed briefly in the report, there are many types of giving and receiving. “Taking” most often refers to the Martian act of reaching out, grasping, and bringing back/in something from another “field.” However, another definition of taking can
be “I’m not going to take any more of your lies.” For this week’s mantra, it may help to review your inventory regarding both definitions and see if you are taking too much that doesn’t belong to you AND if you are taking too much from someone that perhaps could qualify as “abuse.” The same can be applied to “giving.” You may be giving away too much of your time, energy, money, or intellectual property, OR you may be giving away too much advice, judgment, “guidance,” or attitude. Also, what I didn’t get around to discussing in the report is Leo as the fourth sign of the “fixed cross.” Completing Taurus, Scorpio, and Aquarius, Leo is the realm of creative self-expression, which is either opposed or complemented by the opposition of Saturn in Aquarius. Done correctly, the structure, rules, and laws of any “system” support the individual freedoms of its constituents. These
unique gifts/talents/expressions begin and are developed through Taurus. Without the Taurus buildup, Leo doesn’t stand a chance and will be quickly swallowed up by Scorpio or dismissed/controlled by Aquarius. Knowing how important Taurus is, let’s focus on self-sufficiency now when the time is right! Let’s all shine on with a little Instant Karma!
