What’s coming up for me this morning is how we don’t have anything in water right now. If you’re familiar with my work, you’ll know that I consider Pisces ether, not water, as it is pure spirit with no substance. So Neptune being in Pisces doesn’t count as water for me, and if you look at all the other planets right now, we’re DRY!
The astrology of our times reflects the energies, forces, powers, or material that we, as conscious beings, have to work with. If we look at ourselves as artists, let’s say potters today, we have a lump of clay on the wheel that’s pretty dry. We are the ones who need to add the water. Time to get in touch with our feelings, think about them, especially as Saturn opposite Venus indicates objectively (Saturn) reflecting on love (Venus), talk about them (Mercury in Libra trine Mars in Gemini), and get on with it!
Where is that going to lead? The second thing that comes to me that I didn’t mention in the report is the Saturn reality that it’s not always going to be OK and work out the way we want. No doubt it will “work out,” but with the south node in Scorpio, the working out of our situation may well include loss, betrayal, or abandonment/neglect. We’re shedding our old ways, hopefully, and like a snake
shedding its skin, what no longer fits our evolutionary journey gets left behind.
Lastly, let’s remember that Scorpio is “forces beyond our control.” So I say that things may not work out the way we want because we can’t control everything in our reality! You may want to work something out, make it all better, talk it all through, rewrite the contract, etc., but
the other person, the landlord, the family member, or the government just isn’t going for it. So, in this case, some of us may be experiencing the north node in Taurus and need to “go it alone.” Venus/Saturn contacts often indicate a lonely period while the values, heart, and relationships are getting reworked. Hang in there!

It’s time to take responsibility,

So we can all move on. When it comes to karma, let’s not forget GOOD karma either. The main thing about this Venus opposite Saturn is that it signals the end of the inner work and creative building up of what began at the conjunction in mid-February. You may have planted a seed(s) back then, enhanced it with the Venus Uranus conjunction in June, and now your new pearl is ready to display! In that case, you may do more speaking your truth and not have dues to pay. In that case, good on ya mate! However, in most cases, it is not either/or as in all good or all bad. It’s usually a mix. We didn’t do EVERYTHING perfect, so while we may have some darn good work to show for our efforts, we probably also have some humble pie to
eat or apologies to make to somebody. All part of growing up, as they say! Oh yes, do check out the Moody Blues!
