I trust you are working long and hard now both at "work" and preparing for the holidays, right?! Venus in Capricorn = "Love in Work." And since she's coming into conjunct Pluto, it may just signal a time of transformation (consciously desired or not) in your work to bring you more into alignment with your soul's idea of "right work" for you. Know what I mean? Regardless of how busy you are, in
fact, despite how busy you are, it is more imperative during these days to do your "inner work." Part of mastery is being able to hold boundaries and say "no," when it comes to external distractions pulling us away from the "nature spirits" this week's Sabian Symbol talks about. They count too!
"Inner work," I'm sure, means many different things to many different people. By inner work, I am referring to setting aside time to be empty and allowing deep feelings to emerge into consciousness to be reflected upon, taken up, and "researched." "Hmmm, where did that feeling come from? Why? What's behind, under, or at the root of it?" In this way, we descend the stairs into the underworld of our deepest
feelings, fears, needs, and soul desires. It can be scary down there, which is why it can be tempting to follow those distractions, eh? For some help in that, I recorded a Guided Meditation Into the Underworld that you can check out here.
It takes spiritual warrior energy to do that work. That's why I'm thinking of changing the title of February's workshop from "HEALING THE WARRIOR WITHIN" to "STRENGTHENING the Warrior Within!"
It takes courage to face ourselves, not just the outer world, to see where we hold ourselves back. As usual, there is always more to talk about! Today's report discussed personal growth and the world political scene. On other levels, Venus also "rules" money, and Pluto "rules" massive wealth. So we will also see massive shifts of wealth (we already are) upward to those in authoritative positions and institutes/corporations
financial, pharmaceutical, and otherwise over these next few months. You have to look where this falls in your chart to see where you might make some money!
On another level, Venus "rules" love and relationship. This is a profoundly transformative time in our personal relationship realm as Pluto also "rules" transformation, endings (including death), and rebirth (as in beginning new, deeply transformative relationships with intense people!). These next four months may bring the end of existing relationships that no longer serve the
evolutionary path of the souls involved. And these endings will have a financial impact on the parties involved for either gain or loss. Again, you need to look at your chart and meditate on your karma regarding these situations. The main thing to remember where Pluto is involved is to remain in integrity, as tempting as it is to try to get "your own way" in difficult situations, partings, and meetings.
